Grief Mentoring

Sometime, when the lights are low and the house is quiet, we wish life was different in our little corner of the world. It seems our loss is insurmountable - that we will never recover - or maybe we don't want to or can't even think of how we might do that. We ask those crucial questions, "Why?" and "Can I go on?" Feelings of helplessness and anger crowd into our mind and spirit and consume our very being. We are heart-broken, weary and our burden is heavy. There are never enough words, the right words or adequate words to free us from the heaviness that lays over us as a cover. But, this too shall pass.
